<strong>The</strong> Petition of A.B. of showeth :<br />

1. That the Petitioner was on the day of<br />

19 , lawfuUy married to<br />

€.B. then C.D. Spinster (or Widow) at<br />

(state where the marriage took place).<br />

2. That on the day of<br />

His Honour Mr. Justice X. by a final decree<br />

pronounced in a certain cause then depending in<br />

this Court, entitled C.B. against A.B. decreed as<br />

follows : to wit : (Here set out the decree).<br />

3. That the aforesaid decree was obtained<br />

in the absence of your Petitioner, who was then<br />

residing at (State facts tending to show that the<br />

Petitioner did not know of the proceedings and further<br />

that had he known of them he might have offered a<br />

sufficient defence).<br />

4. That there was reasonable ground for your<br />

Petitioner leaving his said wife, for his said wife<br />

(Here state any legal grounds justifying the Petitioner's<br />

separation from his wife).<br />

this Honourable Court wiU be pleased to reverse<br />

the said decree.<br />

in this cause, make oath and say, that on the<br />

day of 19 ,1 carefuUy searched<br />

the books kept in the Registry of this Court for<br />

the purpose of entering appearance, from and<br />

including the day of 19 , the<br />

day of the date of the decree nisi made in this<br />

case, to the day of 19 , and<br />

that during such period no appearance has been<br />

entered in the said books by the Attomey-General<br />

or by or on behalf of any other person or persons<br />

whomsoever. And I further make oath and say,<br />

that I also carefully searched the books kept in<br />

the said Registry for entering the minutes of<br />

proceedings had in this cause from and including<br />

the said day of 19 , to<br />

the day of 19 , and that no<br />

leave has been obtained by the Attomey-General,<br />

or by any other person or persons whomsoever,<br />

to intervene in this cause, and that no affidavit,<br />

instrument or other document whatsoever, had<br />

been filed in this cause by the Attomey-General or<br />

any other person whomsoever during such period,<br />

or at any other period during the dependence of<br />

this cause, in opposition to the said decree nisi<br />

being made absolute.<br />

MADE UNDER<br />

THE TREE PLANTING VILLAGE AREAS<br />

LAWS, 1930 TO 1936.<br />

Gover7ioi:<br />

Whereas at a meeting duly convened and held<br />

at the viUage of Kormakiti, in the District of<br />

Kyrenia, on the 15th day of August, 1935, it was<br />

determined by the requisite majority of the<br />

voters present thereat that a certain area should<br />

be reserved as the Tree Planting Area of the<br />

viUage of Kormakiti :<br />

And whereas at the said meeting the boundaries<br />

of the said area have been fixed and described :<br />

And whereas the Mukhtar of the viUage of<br />

Kormakiti has forwarded to the Commissioner of<br />

the District of Kyrenia a report, signed and sealed<br />

by him, containing a description with boundaries<br />

of the said area and stating that the said area<br />

fulfils the conditions in section 10 (4) of the Tree<br />

Planting ViUage Areas Law, 1930, prescribed :<br />

And whereas the said Commissioner has transmitted<br />

the said report, together with his recommendations,<br />

to the Colonial Secretary for the<br />

consideration of the Govemor :<br />

And whereas the Governor considers it expedient,<br />

having regard to all the circumstances, that the<br />

area in the said report described should be reserved<br />

as the Tree Planting Area of the village of<br />

Kormakiti.<br />

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Govemor,<br />

in exercise of the powers vested in him by the<br />

Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,<br />

is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered as<br />

foUows :—<br />

<strong>The</strong> area described in the Schedule hereto is<br />

hereby declared to be and shaU be reserved as<br />

the Tree Planting Area of the vUlage of<br />

Kormakiti in the District of Kyrenia.<br />

SCHEDULE.<br />

<strong>The</strong> area Ijdng within the foUowing boundaries,<br />

that is to say :—<br />
