In exercise of tl)e power and authority vested in the Goveruor by section 13 of the Dangerous Dru^js
Law, \92:>, His Excellency the Acting Governor is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered as follows:—
1. The }^H.TS(>ns whose names appear in the Schedule hereto be and are herel>y authorized to exercise,
witliin the district appearing against the name of each in the third column of the said .Schedule, all the powen
conferred upon persons so authorized by section 13 of the s^iid Law.
2. The Order, dated the 19th May, 1936, pnblished under Notification Xo. 486 in the Cyprus Gazeffe
of the 22nd May. 1936, is hereby revoked without prejudice to anything done thereunder.

In exercise of the powers vested in the Govemor
by the Diseases of Plants Prevention Law, 1893,
His ExceUency the Acting Govemor has been
pleased to authorize the persons named in the
Schedule hereto in the service of the Imperial
Chemical Industries (Levant) Ltd. with or without
any animals or beasts of burthen, carts,
tools, implements or other things to enter upon any
land uithin the area described in the Declaration
made on the 14th August, 1935, and published in
the Gazette of the 16th August, 1935, under
Notification No. 024 and there examine any citrus
trees and do aU such acts and things as may be
expedient in order more effectuaUy to search for
and destroy the cause of the plant disease Lepidosaphes
beckii (known as Mussel Scale).
