A PROCLAMATION.<br />

In exercise of the powers vested in the Governor<br />

hy (a) tbe <strong>Cyprus</strong> Exportatiow of Arms Order and<br />

Law, 1903 and 1984, and (b) the Interpretation Law,<br />

1935, I, William Denis Battershill, Acting Govemor<br />

and Commander-in-Chief in and over the Colony of<br />

Cypmik, do hereby order and proclaim as follows :—<br />

Tlie Proclaraation pf His Excellency the Governor<br />

dflted the ,1st day of November, 1935, and published<br />

under Notification No. 1360 in the <strong>Gazette</strong> of th*i<br />

M clp.y of November, 1935, shall be and is b£reby<br />

revpked as froro the 15th day of July, 1936 :<br />

Provided that this revocation shall not affect—<br />

(a) the previous operation of, pr anything duly<br />

done or suffered under, the said Proclamation<br />

; or<br />

(b) any forfeiture incurred in respect of any<br />

offence committed against the said Proclamation<br />

; or<br />

(c) any investigation, legal proceedings or<br />

remedy in respect of any such forfeiture as<br />

aforesaid;<br />

and any such investigation, legal proceedings or<br />

remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced,<br />

and any such forfeiture may be imposed, as if this<br />

Proclamation had not been made.<br />

Given at Troodos, this 13th day of July, 1936.<br />
