LAWS, 1930 TO 1936.

Whereas at a meetinir duh* convened and held
at the village of Kilani, in the District if Limassol.
on the 26th day of May, 1935. it was determined
bj' the voters present thereat that a certain area
should be reserved as the Tree Planting Area of
the village of Kilani:
And whereas at the said meeting the boundaries
of the said area have been fixed and described :
And whereas the Mukhtar of the village of
Kilani has forwarded to the Commissioner of
the District of Limassol a report, signed and sealed
by him, containing a description with boundaries
of the said area and stating that the said area
fulfils the conditions in section 10 (4) of the Tree
Planting \"illage Areas Law, 1930, prescribed :
And whereas the said Commissioner has transmitted
the .said report, together wiih his recommendations,
to the Colonial Secretar\' for the
consideration of the CJovernor :
And whereas the Govemor con.siders it expedient,
having regard to all the circumstances, that the
area in the said report described should be reserved
as the Tree Planting Area of the village of Kilani.
Now, therefore. His Excellency the (iovernor,
in exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,
is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered as
follows :—
The area described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby declared to be and shall be reserved as
the Tree Planting Area of the village of Kilani
in the District of Limassol.
SCHEDULE.
The area lying within the following boundaries,
that is to say :—
The boundary begins at the north-western
comer of plot No. 793, plan No. XLVII, 28,
locality ' Zomos," on the boundary of the
village of Kilani, and goes north-eastwards
and southwards along this village boundary to
the south-eastern comer of plot No. 95, plan
No. XLVII .36, locaHty " Kamenos Kambos " ;
thence south-westwards passing along the
boundaries of, and including in the reserved
area, plots Nos. 95, 94, 93, 87, 84, 83, 82, 81,
80, 61, of the same plan, plots Nos, 661, 662,
665, 667, 669, 687, 707, 708, 709, 719, 716,
of plan No. XLVII,35, locaUty " Terisia,"
plots Nos. 520, 519, 518, 514, 513, 467, 468,
465, 358, 364, 365, 366, plan No. XLVII,43,
locaUty " Livadheri," to the stream '" Kryos "
at the most southem point of plot No. 366
of the same plan; thence south-westwards
crossing this stream and along its right bank
to the stream at the south-westem comer of
plot No. 98 ofthe same plan, locaUty " Peratis " ;
thence north-westwards up this stream passing
along the boundaries of and including in the
reserved area, plots Nos. 98, 99, 118, 120,
136, 137, 138, 144, of the same plan, to a footpath
at the most westem point of plot No. 144,
locality " Kolones " ; thence north-eastwards
along this footpath passing along the boundaries
of, and including in the reserved area plots Nos.
144, 143, 142, 173, 174, 214, 215, 211, 210,
200, 201, 207 to the most westem comer of
plot No. 207 on the right bank of the stream
• Plakatsias," a tributary of the stream
•' Kryos " : thence north-westwards crossing
this stream and along its left bank to the
road from the village of Vouni to the viUage
of Kilani at the most northem point of plot
No. 843, plan No. XLVII/35, locality
• Orzoulou ' ; tiience north-eastwards along
this road to the point where it meets the road
firom the \Tllage of Kilani to the village of
Perapedhi on the north-western side of plot
No. 299, plan No. XLVII .35. locality
" Ay. Yeorghios '" ; thence eastwards along the
latter road to the point where the track, a short
cut to the village of Perapedhi. leaves this
road on the westem boundar}' of plot No. 308
of the same plan, locaUty '" Trimidhia " ; thence
north-eastwards along this track passing along
the boundaries of, and including in the reserved
area, plots Nos, 308, 309, 310, 282, 283, 250 of
the same plan. locaUty " Rasos," to another
track at the northern side of plot No. 250 of
the same plan; thence south-eastwards and
north-eastwards along this latter track, passing
along the boundaries of, and including in the
reserved area, plots Nos. 2.50, 244. 242, 233,
231, 230 of the same plan, plots Nos. 30, 8,
7,4,planNo. XLVII/3f), locaUty '" Kaminarka,"
to the most northem point of plot No. 4 ; thence
westwards and north-ea.st \\ard8 passing along
the boundaries of, and including in the reserved
area, plots Nos. 3 and 1 of the same plan,
plots Nos. 838, KM, 831, 829, KM), 800, 799,
79H, 797, 796, and 793, plan No. XLV1I,28,
to the starting point.
The area reserved comprises 2,076 donums
approximately, as shown edged in red on plan
filed in D.L.R.S. M.P. No. 426^ 3.J.

In exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Co-operative Societies Law, 1923, His Excellency
the Govemor, with the advice of the Executive
CoimcU, has been pleased to make and hereby
makes the following Rules :—
1. These Rules may be cited as the
Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Rules,
1936, and shall be read as one with the
Co-operative Societies Rules, 1923, as amended
by the Rules pubUshed in the Gazette of the
Sth June, 192.5, under Notification No. 341,
(hereinafter called the " Principal Rules"),
and the Principal Rules and these Rules may
together be cited as the Co-operative .Societies
Rules, 1923 to 1936.
2. Rule 55 of the Principal Rules is hereby
amended by the deletion therefrom of the words
•The balance-sheet of the Society shall be
published in the Cypruis Oazette."
