ViUage Areas Laws, 1930 and 1935.
TREE PLANTINO (KAZAPHANI) FUND.
In exercise of the powere vested in me by the Tree
Planting Yillage Areas Laws, 1980 and 1985,1 hereby
establish a fund for the village of Kazaphani, in the
District of Kyrenia, (hereinafter called the " Fund "),
into which shall be paid all fines recovered under
the said Laws for offences committed within the Tree
Planting Area of the village of Kazaphani, as described
in the Order of the .Vctinir Governor made the 17th
July, 1935, and published in the Cyprus Gazeffe of
the 19th July, 19;50, nnder No.7S.s.
2. The Fund shall be under the management and
control of the Commissioner of Kyrenia for the time
being.
3. The sums so credited shall he utilized by the
Commissioner for works of pnblic utiUty within the
village area of Kazaphani.
