Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936.
KORMAKITI (KYBENIA) FUND.
In exercise of the powers vested in me by the
Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,1
hereby establish a fund for the village of Kormakiti,
in the District of Kyrenia, (hereinafter called
" the Fund"), into which shall be paid aB
fines recovered under the said Laws for offences
committed within the Tree Planting Area of the
village of Kormakiti, as described in the Order ofthe
Govemor made the 25th April, 1936, and
pubhshed in the Cyprus GazetU Xo. 2512 of the
1st May, 1936.
The fund shall be under the management and
control of the Ck)mmissioner of Kyrenia for the
time being.
The money in the Fund shall be utilized for
works of public utility within the village of
Kormakiti.
