Governor.<br />

Whereas in pursuance of Notification No. 417,<br />

Irtihlished in the Cypnis <strong>Gazette</strong> of the Sth Apri),<br />

19S5, a flt and proper arte has been roistered in<br />

the hooks of the Land Registry Office as a burial-ground<br />

for the burial of the dead by the Orthodox-Christian<br />

Cttmrntmity of the village of Pano Lakatamia, in the<br />

District of Nicosia :<br />

Now, therefore, in exerciae of the poweis vested iu<br />

him by section 14 of the Buria,!* Law, 189i6, Hia<br />

Excellency the Governor has been, pleased to order and<br />

hereby orders that, from and after the Srd day of<br />

October, 1936, no burial shall take place in the<br />

^rial-gvound in lieu whereof the new burial-ground<br />

above referred to has been provided. .<br />
