Governor.
Whereas in pursuance of Notification No. 417,
Irtihlished in the Cypnis Gazette of the Sth Apri),
19S5, a flt and proper arte has been roistered in
the hooks of the Land Registry Office as a burial-ground
for the burial of the dead by the Orthodox-Christian
Cttmrntmity of the village of Pano Lakatamia, in the
District of Nicosia :
Now, therefore, in exerciae of the poweis vested iu
him by section 14 of the Buria,!* Law, 189i6, Hia
Excellency the Governor has been, pleased to order and
hereby orders that, from and after the Srd day of
October, 1936, no burial shall take place in the
^rial-gvound in lieu whereof the new burial-ground
above referred to has been provided. .
Made at Nicosia, this 29th day of September, 1936.
