fulfils the conditions in section 10 (4) of the Tree
Planting Village Areas Laws. 1930 and 1935,
prescribed :
And whereas the said Commissioner has transmitted
the said report, together with his recommendations,
to the Colonial Secretary for the
consideration of the Govemor :
And whereas the Govemor considers it expedient,
having regard to all the circumstances, that the
area in the said report described should be reserved
as the Tree Planting Area of the village of
Peristerona.
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor,
in exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930 to 1936,
is pleased to order and it is hereby ordered as
follows :—
The area described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby declared to be and shall be reserved as
the Tree Planting Area of the village of
Peristerona, in the District of Paphos.
SCHEDULE.
The area lying within the following boundaries,
that is to say :—
The boundary begins at the north-eastern
corner of plot No. 196, plan No. XXXV/13,
locaUty " Kapsala," on the boundary of the
village of Peristerona and also on a footpath,
and goes southwards along this footpath to
the south-eastern corner of plot No. 20, plan
No. XXXV/21, locahty " Arodhaphnes'" ;
thence south-westwards passing along the
boundaries of, and including in the reserved
area, plots Nos. 10 and 9 of the same plan, plots
Nos. 215, 216, 217, 219/1, 227/1 and 226, plan
No. XXXV/20, foUowing the stream " Kataskas"
to the south-eastern corner of plot No. 226,
locaUty " Sykari," on the boundary of the
viUage of Peristerona ; thence westwards and
north-eastwards along this viUage boundary to
the starting point.
• The area reserved comprises 324 donums
approximately as shown edged in red on the plan
filed in D.L.R.S. M.P. 755/35.

Whereas at a meeting duly convened and held
at the village of Pendakomo, in the District of
Limassol, on the 15th day of September, 1935, it
was determined by the voters present thereat that
a certain area should be reserved as the Tree
Planting Area of the village of Pendakomo :
.\iid whereas at the said meeting the boundaries
of the said area have been fixed and described :
And whereas the Mukhtar of the village of
Pendakomo has forwarded to the Commissioner of
the District of Lima.ssol a report, signed and
scaled b\ hini, containing a description with
boundaries of the said area and stating that the
said area fulfils the conditions in section 10(4)
of the Tree Planting Village Areas Laws, 1930
and 1935, prescribed :
And whereas the said Commissioner has transmitted
the said report, together with his recommendations,
to the Colonial Secretary for the

hax-ing regard to all the circumstances, that the
area in the said report described should be reserved
as the Tree Planting Area of the village of

169, 171, part of plot No. 173, plots Nos. 176,
178, 246, 248, 256, 259, 260, 263, of the same
plan, locaUty " Khalasmata," plots Nos. 11,
12, 27, 246, 247, 248, 249, 238, 233, 234, plan
No. LV/26, to the most southern point of plot
No. 235 of the same plan ; thence south-westwards
passing along the boundaries' of, and
including in the reserved area, plots Nos. 236,
283, 284, 282, 285, 286, 287, 300, 299, 298,
598, 599 of the same plan, plots Nos. 756, 757,
plan No. LV/25, locaUty " Zaharoa," plots
Nos. 601, 602, plan No. LV/26, plot No. 761,
plan No. LV/25, plot No. 613, plan No. LV/26,
plots Nos. 778, 777, 779, 773, 781, 772, 783,
784, 785, plan No. LV/25, locaUty " Zakharoyia,"
to the most western point of plot No. 785 on
the left bank ofa stream ; thence south-westwards
across the stream and along its right hank
to the most southern point of plot No. 681, plan
No. LV/33, on the boundary of the viUage of
Pendakomo ; thence north-westwards and northwards
along this village boundary to the starting
point.
The area reserved comprises 1,862 donuml
approximately, as shown edged in red on the plan
filed in the D.L.R.S. M.P. 625/35.
