student received all related technical<br />

instruction for the reporting year within the<br />

specific program (CIP code) reported in<br />

Field 6 of this template.<br />

whether a student:<br />

• completed all secondary-level<br />

competencies necessary to<br />

achieve his/her career objective<br />

(or met appropriate related IEP<br />

objectives), and<br />

• completed a PDE-approved<br />

occupational end-of-program<br />

assessment for the student’s<br />

reported program CIP (or<br />

completed a program that has<br />

an assessment waiver).<br />

Valid value for 2010-2011 is “Year.”<br />

• 10 – Continued or will continue<br />

CTE at this school<br />

• 22 – Transferred or will transfer to<br />

a different school<br />
