reported CIP location code.<br />

Report the hours to the nearest hundredth<br />

Report cumulative technical<br />

instructional hours in which the<br />

student received a passing periodic<br />

grade during this reporting year,<br />

plus all other scheduled technical<br />

instructional hours successfully<br />

completed (passed) within the<br />

student’s reported program (CIP) in<br />

prior year(s).<br />

Base all cumulative successfully<br />

completed technical component<br />

instructional hours reported solely<br />

on the student’s enrollment in the<br />

reported program CIP (Field 6) over<br />

the span of the student’s secondary<br />

education at the LEA.<br />

Example: 9999.99<br />

Truncate to the nearest hundredth<br />

of an hour. LEAs should use<br />

periodic (e.g., quarterly) grades, not<br />

year-end cumulative grades to tally<br />

successful hours.<br />
