• An identifier for the victim involved in<br />
an incident. This can be the<br />
PASecureID if the victim is a current<br />
student, but does not have to be.<br />
• If the victim is not a current student,<br />
or if the LEA desires not to submit<br />
the PASecureID, use an identifier<br />
assigned by the LEA.<br />
A single date indicating the whole<br />
school year; the June 30 at the end of<br />
the standard school year is used to<br />
designate a school year. Thus, the<br />
2010-2011 school year would be<br />
indicated by 2011-06-30.<br />
