The unique, 9-digit Administrative Unit<br />
Number (AUN) assigned by the<br />
Pennsylvania Department of Education<br />
An identifier for the person (offender or<br />
victim) involved in an incident; this can<br />
be the PASecureID if the person is a<br />
current student. The PASecureID does<br />
not need to be submitted for victims,<br />
however. If the person is not a current<br />
student or if the LEA desires not to<br />
submit the PASecureID, use an<br />
identifier assigned by the LEA.<br />
A single date indicating the whole<br />
school year; the June 30 at the end of<br />
the standard school year is used to<br />
designate a school year. Thus, the<br />
2010-2011 school year would be<br />
indicated by 2011-06-30.<br />
The unique, 9-digit Administrative Unit<br />
Number (AUN) of the LEA to which the<br />
person belongs; AUN is assigned by<br />
the Pennsylvania Department of<br />
Education.<br />
If a current student, the unique, 10-digit<br />
PASecureID assigned to the student<br />
The local identifier used by the LEA to<br />
track the offender or victim, if different<br />
than PERSON ID (Field 2)<br />
This identifier must be unique to<br />
the individual within an LEA per<br />
school year.<br />
All dates must be entered in ISO<br />
format: YYYY-MM-DD<br />
Only required if the person<br />
(offender or victim) is currently<br />
enrolled in an LEA other than<br />
where the incident took place.<br />
Required for offenders that are<br />
current students. This field does<br />
not need to be submitted for<br />
victims.<br />
