Incident Offender Infraction Template (7 Fields)
Target Table: INCIDENT_OFFNDR_INFRACTION
Template Description
This template connects an incident and the offender to an infraction. If multiple infractions apply to the incident/offender submit multiple records; use
one record per infraction. If the offender is unknown for an incident, do not submit a record in this template.
Grain: One record per Submitting District Code / Incident ID / Offender ID / Infraction Code / School Year Date
Please note that only the Fields highlighted will be collected for Pennsylvania Department of Education. Remember that all fields may not be
mandatory; however, all fields within a template MUST BE accounted for in order to transmit data.
