metaphors can be seen to create a picture which<br />

sometimes replaces our world-picture. Therefore<br />

Wittgenste<strong>in</strong> himself gives us a picture try<strong>in</strong>g to persuade<br />

us to realize that philosophy works with pictures <strong>and</strong> by<br />

chang<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong>m we also change our underst<strong>and</strong><strong>in</strong>g of <strong>the</strong><br />

world.<br />
