marg<strong>in</strong>s and how much do they help raise particip<strong>at</strong>ion by domestic eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g<br />

5. Are there any other barriers <strong>in</strong>hibit<strong>in</strong>g trade <strong>in</strong> eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g services th<strong>at</strong> can be<br />

removed, such as restrictive rules on the use of brand names, market<strong>in</strong>g, advertis<strong>in</strong>g,<br />

price sett<strong>in</strong>g, hir<strong>in</strong>g practices, and so on<br />

6. Does the country oper<strong>at</strong>e tre<strong>at</strong>ies th<strong>at</strong> solve issues of double tax<strong>at</strong>ion<br />
