COLABORA: Collaborative learning and cross cultural integration
With this project we intend to work simultaneously with immigrants and ethnic minorities, and young adults in
risk of social exclusion for lack of training. With the first group we will design motivating strategies in formal
and non formal learning (linguistic skills, ICT, culture, norms and laws) so that learners can be integrated in the
education system. We will try to improve the self esteem of the target groups and also try to eradicate racism
and xenophobia. There will be activities designed so that these minority groups can transfer their knowledge
and cultural and linguistic skills as well.
There will be a Permanent Observatory on the integration of minorities through Forums to be celebrated
periodically in each of the partner countries.
