ICT50+, promoting ICT in people older than 50<br />

We intend to create a working group with institutions related to the education of people over 50 in the area of ICT, with<br />

the purpose of sharing good practices in the field of education, and collecting methods and techniques to design courses<br />

aimed at stimulating the use of ICT by older people, so that they can control better their environment.<br />

The objectives are to:<br />

-share guides, practices, techniques and relevant documentation.<br />

-share approaches to stimulate older people to use ICT.<br />

-develop courses to increase the use of internet for their own personal purposes: how to improve their health, languages,<br />

culture, leisure, and stimulate intercultural communication.<br />

-improve social interaction and older people participation.<br />
