Restituerende faktorer i gruppemusikterapi med psykiatriske patienter.

Modellen indeholder bl.a. kognitive, emotionelle og interpersonelle aspekter, samt
patienternes direkte referencer til musikken og en kategori, som belyser
patienternes oplevelsesmåde.
Kapitel 9 er en generel karakteristik af restituerende faktorer i den terapeutiske
proces, hvor materiale fra de fire patienter sammenholdes og vurderes. Herefter
følger kapitel 10 som omhandler gruppeaspektets betydning , og enkelte patientens
udbytte vurderet udfra teori om udvikling i grupper og objektrelationsteorien.
Kapitel 11 er en sammenfatning af studiet, herunder konklusion, diskussion og
kritik af studiet, samt undersøgelsens kliniske relevans og forslag til ny forskning.

Abstract
The study concerns receptive music psychotherapy based on a modified model of
Guided Imagery and Music.
Nine psychiatric patients diagnosed as schizophrenic or with schizotypical
disorders participated in a therapy group in a six-month period, and the study
focuses on restitutional factors in the therapeutic process and the patients
evaluation of their therapy.
The type of research is qualitative and the investigation is in two parts.
First part concerns the patients evaluation of the therapy assessed from interviews,
the GAF rating scale, and a qualitative questionnaire including a mood test and
