of Mercury and Selenium Bioaccessibility and Bioavailability in Inuit<br />

Traditional Foods using in-vitro Gastrointestinal (GI) Model was presented<br />

at the 45 th <strong>Annual</strong> Symposium of the Society of Toxicology<br />

of Canada at the Ottawa Convention Centre. The research is a collaboration<br />

between Nunavik Research Centre, University of Waterloo,<br />

Institut National de Sante du Québec, Université Laval and University<br />
