housing pads for the Makivik Construction Division in various
communities (Kangiqsujuaq, Puvirnituq, Kuujjuaq, Kangirsuk).
Kautaq has also assisted, from time-to-time, Makivik construction
division on miscellaneous civil work related to the
2014 social houses;
• Kautaq has completed blasting and crushing work in the
community of Inukjuak. Crushing will be used for the new
women’s shelter project, amongst others Kautaq has rented
out its camps in both Ivujivik and Puvirnituq;
Following the signature of the Agreement regarding the Private
Home Ownership Program between the Société d’habitation
Québec, Kativik Regional Government and the Kativik Municipal
Housing Bureau in 2012, Kautaq has worked with engineers and
architects on plans for four private home designs which it is offering
to construct on behalf of Nunavik residents. With a view to promoting
the Private Home Ownership Program, Kautaq is looking into
the possibility of constructing three or all four of these houses in
Nunavik to be used as models.

• Des travaux de dynamitage et de concassage à Inukjuak afin
de produire des matériaux qui seront utilisés dans le cadre
du projet de refuge pour femmes. Kautaq a également loué à
des tiers ses campements d’Ivujivik et de Puvirnituq.
À la suite de la signature de l’accord concernant le Programme
d’accession à la propriété privée entre la Société d’habitation du
Québec, l’ARK et l’OMHK en 2012, Kautaq a élaboré en collaboration
avec des architectes et des ingénieurs les plans de quatre modèles de
maisons qu’elle offre aux éventuels propriétaires privés du Nunavik.
Afin de promouvoir le Programme d’accession à la propriété privée,
Kautaq examine en ce moment la possibilité de construire trois de
ces quatre maisons au Nunavik afin qu’elles servent de modèles aux
éventuels propriétaires.
