PROPOSED SESSION PLAN
The following example session plan gives the sequence of topics and the time allocated to
each. This is a single session plan of 90 minutes given to MBA students. This plan can be
refined based on time consideration and learning objectives. It can be noted that the case
spends approximately 22% of its session plan on issue related to ethics and responsibility
(introductory questions and personalized questions), though the word ‘ethics’ and
‘responsibility’ are not made explicit. The objective of the case authors has been to build
a case on the foundation of human values, rather than the oft seen pedagogy of delivering
values/ ethics/ responsibility as a study distinct from the core papers like business
strategy.
