Acc to Mr.Shigenori Aoki, Fu Hsing Broadcasting Corporation, Taipei has
changed the SW freq to 5995 and 9410 kHz from former 15250 kHz since
January 1. The recent schedule is 2300-0100, 0400-0600, 0800-1000, 1100-
1500. Good reception herein Japan, but 5995 kHz is blocked by VOR Japanese
sce after 1200. BTW their web site does not work
in recent days.
According to Mr.Shigenori Aoki, Kan Sheng Broadcasting Station's SW sce
for Chinese mainland, scheduled in WRTH2006 as 0655-0105 on 9745 kHz, has
been recently heard also at 0105-0655. I also confirmed. Seems they
broadcast 24 hours. QRM with HCJB Quito. The contents are the same as the
internet broadcast ("Program for Mainland China") supplied at

There is no mention about 9745 kHz in their homepage.
TAJIKISTAN UNID. 9270.15 on Jan 13 at 1550 UT, unID with talk and short
parts of Asian mx. Sounded like a distant Asian far away in the East, the
lang sounded like Kyrgyz. Faded away after about 15 min.
Thomas Nilsson for dxld)
As previously suggested, could be Tajikistan, 2 x 4635+. (gh, dxld)
Yes, TJK signed on at 1400 on 4635.065 kHz and so did the 2nd harmonic on
9270.13 kHz.
