DARC-MS and experienced BCLs (Wolfgang Bueschel, Glenn Hauser) know since
fall last year that the txions on 18... MHZ are NOT spurious. Of course,
when these first appeared we also looked on all kind of QRGs to find
fundamentals to fit for 18080 and/or 18160 kHz either as harmonics or
intermodulation.
The txions on 18... are FUNDAMENTALS. The purpose of these txions is to
jam the Clandestine stn "Sound-of-Hope" from Taiwan which is ON THE SAME
QRG.
Sometimes you can hear this program below the txions of CHINA NATIONAL
RADIO Domestic Service *). It is this "Mandarin" txions reported above.
The day b3 yesterday I have sent a recording of the BC to the Chinese
Embassy in Berlin. I want them to listen to the recording to identify.
Anyhow. If it is a fundamental or a spurious txion: CNR-DS is not allowed
to transmit either on 18... or 14... MHz.
