IRAN/IRAQ 3969.02 Voice of Iranian Kurdistan, at 0325-0330* UT on Feb
19, Kurdish, male presenter almost covered by jamming. Frequency was
changed at 0330 and later noted on 3960.21, but programme seemed to be
different. Also jammed here after a few mins of broadcasting. 21331.

ITALY What's ANTI? Well, there used to be a commercial broadcaster
association in the past, the Associazione Nazionale Teleradio
Indipendenti. Now if I'm not mistaken it has been merged with AER
Associazione Editori Radiotelevisivi into AERANTI see their Web site at
But I'd doubt it's the same the HFCC mentions. And I doubt it
could be the Associazione Nazionale Tributaristi Italiani (Tax
accountants association) or someone out of a gazillion Italian National
Association of Something.

Heute erhielt ich von RAI Valle d'Aosta 1116 kHz einen det. QSL-Brief fuer
einen Empfangsbericht, dem ein Cassettenmitschnitt und 1 IRC fuers
Rueckporto beigelegt war. Die Laufzeit betrug 25 Tage. Den Bericht
schickte ich an die, im WRTH angegebene Adresse, die Antwort kam
allerdings von folgende Adresse: RAI Sede Regionale per la Valle d'Aosta,
Localita Grande Charriere 70, 11020 Saint-Christophe (AO). v/s war Renzo
Canciani.
Laut dem Brief werden die Lokalprogramme auf 1116 kHz taeglich von 0720-
0730, 1210-1230 und 1415-1500 Lokalzeit ausgestrahlt.
