So, that is a confirmation that tx KWT - 04 is indeed operational.

Is a lot of stuff, 4.3 MB -- took download about a minute via DSL speed.
BBG server was not on service in past weekend days, but worked now, when
accessed at Monday 1200 UT time slot. Link works only at relaxed security
level on my FIREWALL, open all doors. And had to start Adobe dammned
software PDF Reader in advance first.
BBG site picture shown should be Briech/Tangiers??, -- but not Kuwait?

IBB Highlights. Improvements to the tx in Tajikistan for broadcasts to
Pakistan continue,including the installation of a new 800 kW medium wave
tx and a new antenna system to be completed in FY 2006.
A new 800-kilowatt medium wave tx leased from the United Arab Emirates is
improving the txion of Radio Sawa to Saudi Arabia and other Middle East
audiences.
A fourth SW tx began sce from the IBB Kuwait Transmitting Station to
expand broadcast capacity to critical audiences in Afghanistan and Central
Asia.

VANUATU 3944.76 R. Vanuatu (pres) at 1118-1210+ UT on June 23. One or
two men talking with occasional mx breaks to 1157, then choral mx and into
impassioned speech, sounded either political or religious. At 1210, a Ham
op signed on 3945 and trashed further reception. Signal had been fairly
good from RV, but could not read much due to static noise. At any rate, on
much later than usual 1115*.
