short annt, 2000 UT three short + one single long time pips, instrumental
National Anthem, ID, instrumental mx and large choir singing revolutionary
songs (like those I heard for many years from the Philippines!). 2100-2120
3+1 time pips, nx in Korean by man and woman. Sometimes very strong signal
with good modulation probably from a high power tx.

freq from 2350 tune to past 0055 with indigenous stringed insts and man
narrator to 0000, opening Kyrgyz inst mx/woman ann to 0001 fol by presumed
nx by woman in Kyrgyz to 0007.5, nx feature in Russian w/ woman ann and 2
actualities by men to 0013 loss of DX Tuner connection. Retuned at 0015.5
with what sounded like continuation of RR pgming. Heavy QSB w/ ocnl fades
to S2. SINPO 35333. This is a 15 KW tx, I believe, (as opposed to 4010
which is 100 KW) and rarely reported in NA.
