nx by woman in Kyrgyz to 0007.5, nx feature in Russian w/ woman ann and 2<br />

actualities by men to 0013 loss of <strong>DX</strong> Tuner connection. Retuned at 0015.5<br />

with what sounded like continuation of RR pgming. Heavy QSB w/ ocnl fades<br />

to S2. SINPO 35333. This is a 15 KW tx, I believe, (as opposed to 4010<br />

which is 100 KW) and rarely reported in NA.<br />
