The ISR schedule is very complex now, differs also on Fri/Sat/Sun as usual. I think, also the TX operators are on very lazy careless duty. Sometimes you can monitor a crash start with the previous lang section on air, sometimes you notice an empty carrier. Sometimes they use two txs only in parallel, the other day on full scale using all three ones. IBA / KOL uses now four txs. One on 5915 kHz Arabic the whole day. Here is his email response: Hi, Yes this change was planned because the SSN condition. 13850 is our freq for the summer to Iran. 13855 is new and to avoid collision with American station on 13850 I am glad with the result, 15760 and 17535 did not gave any result. The 13855 is on the HFCC site and maybe [...] the IBA did not updated. Thanks Moshe. From the phone call, I received the following information: From 1500-1800 UTC (1700 2000 local Israel time) the 15760 freq has been switched to 13855, aimed at North America / Western Europe. Thus, any langs broadcasting during those hours have had that freq changed. The original schedule had 13850 as an alternative to 9985. 9985 is still broadcasting, aimed to Persia as originally scheduled. Also, it seems that the WRTH schedule was taken from a Bezeq or IBA schedule, which lately is listed in local Israel time. I contacted someone at WRTH and was told that they'll be correcting it on the next web update. (DanielZr ibid., dxld Jan 24) Many thanks for this latest IBA schedule and it more or less confirms what I had been monitoring. Like you, I find that the highest freqs fade out quite early and it's difficult to know if they are really in use. Somebody should tell the Iranians that 9985 doesn't carry Persian every day it seems a ridiculous decision to use 9985 for Russian on odd days when on others it carries Persian. And I will guess that Ladino on Sats will also get jammed. I think 9390 is clear at 1600 and it's a freq that the IBA has used. (Noel R.
