VANUATU (pres) 3944.77 R.Vanuatu at 1054-1116* on Dec.26, Noted again
w/ nice vocal ballad at t/in. Announcer at 1057 thru ToH. Chorus at 1112,
brief announcer and presumed NA at 1115 UT. Poor/weak.

Non-data QSL from Radio Vanuatu per email received December 5th after a 5-
year wait. Fellow DXer Vince Stevens from Cape Town visited the station in
October, taking along a reception report from me for a transmission heard
on 4960 in Otford, Kent, England on Christmas Eve 2000.
To cut a long story short, Acting Technical Manager, Warren Robert,
finally made contact via his personal email address. He says they are in
the process of printing new cards and that they are active as follows:
3945 1900-2130 and 0530-1130, 7260 2130-0530. 4960 is out of sce.
