LIBYA [non] Propagation had improved enough to make V. of Africa in
English audible weakly via France, July 3 at 1405 on 17850 when they were
still announcing a 21 MHz frequency, tho for the summer they are on 17850
and 17725 instead, where also audible but even weaker.
Propagation conditions had improved quite a bit July 3, as checking at
1317 I was again hearing the lively Arab mx on 17665; Arabic talk on
17695, with a SAH indicating some other station also on frequency; and R.
Solh mx on 17700; but by 1338 recheck these had all almost faded out.
