Cloture's [Coulter?? Gag] appearance at UCONN. AT 0200 abrupt off mid
TO BE IN DOUBT about Milano tx site usage!
BULGARIA [tentative 100 kW Kostinbrod-Sofia, 250 kW via Plovdiv]
IRRS-Shortwave tests on Jan. 15/16, 2006
Heard the end of the program for approx. 20 mins. Endless discussion on
American Student politics, about conservative and right wing matter, - for
foreigners a little bit confused to follow US internals ...
No ID, no address given so far in last 20 mins program, 0140-0200 UT. Cut
off the tx at Plovdiv-Bulgaria suddenly midst on the sentence word ...
Seems to be another test series of IRRS brokered usage of Bulgarian state
owned SW txs. Supposedly a diffuse action. See the NASB report of the HFCC
Valencia Spain conference last year. Two (formerly Ham radio operators)
Bulgarians attended the conference for the first time. There are also DRM
mode entries in B-05 HFCC registration file under 'BUL NEW NEW'.
On WRTH 2006, p447, see tiny SPACELINE LTD Broker entry. Had also managed
a test series from Kostinbrod-Sofia-BUL towards Africa for 'Christian
Voice' a year ago.
I had a look into the BUL B-05 HFCC entries. Kostinbrod-Sofia is off for
SW at this time span of the night. So, test series shift to Plovdiv
facility at night, where some 250/500 kW combined units are available. In
0100-0200 UT slot there is break of R BUL usage on 9400 kHz:
7500 0000 0300 12-16 PLD 250 258 BUL RBU BUL
9400 0000 0100 29-32 PLD 250 45 BUL RBU BUL
