by soft-spoken man with sked and freq, "join us tomorrow morning." Instead
of going off at 2100, went into highlife mx prgm hosted by a man. Signal
greatly improved when they started this prgm so not sure if it was locally
produced or a feed. But, it didn't last long; off in mid-song 2110*.
LUXEMBOURG BCE built a new SW antenna at Junglinster, consisting of a
folded dipole in front of a reflector. The dipole appears to be of the
very same design than the ones used in the ALLISS antennas:
MOROCCO/USA I can't understand the letter font on the VOA Afghanistan
website. Do you know about an additional - or separate - VOA sce in
Pashto/Dari? to Afghanistan, noted yesterday Wed and today in 1300-1400 UT
slot.
Yesterday Sept 27th came across of a roaring loud 15645 kHz outlet from
Briech, starts with "Yankee Doodle", 1300-1400 UT filler of VOA in
probably Pashto lang to AFG/PAK border area. Another outlet found in // on
11510 from Iranawila, three seconds behind MRC signal.
I think the "1400-1600 UTC (0700-1000 pm local time)" should say 1400-1700
UT. It's not clear if 11510 and 15645 are active throughout the four
hours. I cannot get IBB freq information other than what is listed at
voanews.com.
(Kim Andrew Elliott, VOA, Sept 28)
All VOA Deewa Radio programs can be heard in select cities on FM 100.5
MHz, and on short wave from 1300-1400 UTC on 11510 (26.06 meters) and
15645 (19.18 meters). A strong medium wave signal is forthcoming.
