which time signal was unusable. Speech pattern/sound seemed RR, but words
not intelligible. Tk by man wth several brief mxical bumpers, then vocal
mx from 0536 to f/o. Supposed to be both RL and Abkazia here co-chan at
the time but only one signal noted, no het or other sign of a second stn.
Not // to streaming RR pgming at RL site, but perhaps what is on the web
is not realtime // to on air bcsts. While I would surely like it to be
Abkhazia, common sense tells me it is likely RL. Anyone this side of the
Pond hearing Abkhazia?
