West Coast listeners since it was coming in well here in the midwest,
better than many "official" US-directed txions earlier in the evening from
RCI.
CHINA [see also under INDIA] As I was close to Tibetan border, many
Chinese domestic stations were heard very well on many freqs in the 4, 6 &
the complexities of Chinese broadcasting but here is a run down of what
I heard 15595 on Oct. 7, too; ran across it at 1315 in English with big
signal // 17625-Chile where audio was about half- second behind; could it
be an error at one of the relay sites or was it coming from China and was
a test freq especially since it's been several years since CRI broadcast
direct to NAm on the 19mb at this time? Checked next day (10/8) and no
sign of CRI on 15595.
