MOLDOVA [tent 6015] The tx site for the Radio Netherlands Dutch txion
to WeEurope at 2100-2300 UTC has been changed. Instead of Dhabayya, the
txion now comes from a 500 kW tx at Grigoriopol, beamed 265 degrees.

IBB Tangiers location on the southwestern outskirts has been moved to
Briech on the Atlantic Ocean between 1991 and 1993. Distance some 26
kilometers south of Tangiers outskirts in 190 degr, or 48 kilometers from
Tangiers harbour; 16 km north of Asilah.
But nearby RTM facility stopped SW sce later, missed on the shortwaves
during second half 1997, and started partly from Briech in March 1998.
Other services (17595/17815) have been odd frequency by some 200 Hertz and
kept on air via old Tangiers site til 2000.
