At 22nd second of the recording I switch suddenly to the AIR outlet on
9445
kHz, which has regularly a fine audio signal, and you will hear the b i g
difference.
There is something wrong with the 7410 kHz unit at Delhi site. Around 1900
to 1950 UT, 7410 signal was switched on and off few times by the
technicians at Delhi site.

7410 Today Dec 5th AIR Delhi Khampur signal is STILL very distorted.
Around 1815 to 1850 UT produces a wide band distortion signal from 7401 to
7437 kHz.

Monitoring on 7410 , 6 Dec from 1645 UTC via Aligarh, it also suffers
problems mentioned by Wolfgang Buschel. I can hear Aligarh under strong
station on 7417-7422. The transmitter of Aligarh is so noisy too.
When Khampur went on Air from 1730 UTC 7410 kHz, reception seems to be
good. But reception quality varies and the transmitter continues to suffer
>from problems.
Another All India Radio station suffers problem is AIR Chennai 4920 with
much larger bandwith than normal 5 kHz. Sometimes they noted upto 12 kHz
bandwidth. On Nov 18 I observed harmonic of 4920 on 9840 kHz!

INDONESIA 9680 RRI Jakarta, on Dec 6 (Wed.) at 1006-1031, KGRE program
#5302, same as heard Nov 1 (Wed.) and Nov 5 (Sun.); no sign of the usually
heard WYFR. At end of KGRE program (1022), went to open carrier (strong
audio hum) till 1028, into Bahasa Indonesia programming. Fair.

IRAN/IRAQ 3880v, Voice of Communist Party of Iran, 1530-1605, Nov 13,
Farsi ann, usual programme style, frequency varied from 3880.4 to 3880.18,
later at 3881.08 at 1536, and 3979.93 kHz at 1558. Jammed most of the
time, but was still audible most of the time. Also heard a few days later
in the same frequency-band around 3880. 42332.

15085 kHz, IRIB Tehran heard (seemingly) testing at 0830-0930 UT in MELAU
(believed to be BM/BI) language. Regularly afternoon program is scheduled
1230-1330 on 15200 and 17570 (reserve 15275/15295).
