Dear Sirs at Taldom txion center,
Check report of Radio Rossii signal on 13665 kHz in greather Stuttgart
Germany area, some 2130 kilometers away in direction of 261 azimuth from
Taldom site.
At 0800 UT 13660 I noted only a S=1-2 signal of BBC Arabic via Nikolaiev-
UKR relay near black sea. 13665 empty channel. 13670 an tiny S=1 signal
strength signal, like Urumchi-China domestic sce program.
At 1000 UT 13660 I noted only a S=2 signal of BBC Arabic via Nikolaiev-UKR
relay near black sea.
13665 Radio Rossii program, loud and clear, powerhouse S=9 +30 dB signal,
at least ! 13670 a tiny S=1 signal strength signal, like Urumchi-China
domestic sce program. 13675 Undoubtedly RFI Paris Issoudun in French.
No interference at all into 13665 kHz at this time slot, on neither
