330 degr, which has been erected last year. Surprisingly nice audio,
playing CeAM Marimba mx to Lupita listener. 55555, registered 0045-0330

FRANCE Here is a report about DRM tests for LJB from Issoudun, connected
with an ASBU meeting at Tunis, delivering telephone-like audio at 11.6
kbps:

GABON/MALI [CHINA non]. As I was checking out the Libyan situation, on
Feb 9 at 1404 UT I came across CRI English nx on 17630, plugging some
podcast at 1406. No trace of Africa Number One, Gabon, supposedly on here
until 1500 per EiBi, or 1600 per WRTH; and EiBi says CRI is via Mali.
Another instance, I suppose, of Chinese broadcast imperialism muscling
aside lesser players.

GERMANY [to Somalia] Al-Amel agreed to move to 17665 for a few days,
then up to 17670, theoretically leaving 17660 clear for Waaberi. The
jammers probably haven't realized this yet, so they're still on 17660.
Hopefully Al-Amel and jammers will eventually end up on 17670, and
hopefully they won't splash over as far as 17660, but who knows.
