Summary
The optimization of complex economic is a difficult task because of variety of
factors of process effectiveness and complex and non linear relations of these processes
systems. Because of this creating models which mirror these processes and serve as
decision – making supporting tool is very challenging. The basic condition is the identification
of process relations what stands for the goal of this article which deals with the
topic of optimization in small consignments carriages.
The author’s intention was to present the consequences of decision in relation to
different aspects of the organization of the processes of small consignments carriages,
which consequences should be considered in mentioned models.
