It is essential that the Camp Director schedule the time frame for each camp with the Assistant Director for Facilities and that camp brochures be approved by the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance, Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Communications, Associate Athletic Director for Business and the Deputy Athletic Director before camps begin. All arrangements with Housing and Food Services are the responsibility of the Camp Director, as well as, payments for these services. To Be Completed Prior to the Opening Session of Camps/Clinic: 1. Complete the Sports Camp Packet with the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance for pre-approval. 2. Submit draft of brochure to the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Communications, Associate Athletic Director for Business, Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and the Deputy Athletic Direction for approval prior to printing and distribution. 3. Submit copy of final brochure to the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and others listed above for approval. 4. Sign UNCW Facilities contract with the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities for usage of state facilities. 5. Provide the Assistant Director of Athletics for Facilities with proof of accidental injury insurance. To be Completed Subsequent to the Completion of Camps/Clinic: 1. After completion of each camp, the Camp Director is required to furnish the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities with a detailed list of all campers and the amount of fee paid to determine the amount owed to UNCW for Facilities rental. 2. A final, completed Sports Camp Packet is provided to the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance. 3. A list of all student-athletes who have worked the camp including name, days worked, responsibility, and compensation. 4. A list of all non-university employees who have worked the camp including name, affiliation, days worked, responsibilities, and compensation. 5. A list of price and source of camper/employee awards.
