men’s and women’s soccer, strength & conditioning program and stat crews; promotes
athletic events and maintains an information base on all teams and individual athletes.

ASSOCIATE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR FOR BUSINESS
Directly responsible to the Director of Athletics. The duties of the Associate Athletic
Director for Business consist of serving as a member of the department’s management
team; assisting with the preparation of budgets and maintenance and revisions of budgets
for intercollegiate athletics; supervising and coordinating the financial administrative
areas; securing bids and contracts; and supervising the sports of men’s and women’s
cross country, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field. Any additional duties as
assigned by the Director of Athletics.
ASSOCIATE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR /EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF STUDENT
AID ASSOCIATION (SEAHAWK CLUB)
Directly responsible to the Director of Athletics. The primary purpose of this position is to
provide a leadership role in the management of athletic development, marketing, corporate
sales, the ticket office, and long-range planning for athletic development. This includes the
oversight of the Student Aid Association, annual giving programs, major gift solicitation,
corporate sponsorship solicitation, special event coordination and university advancement
duties. This position is involved with determining, along with the Board of Directors, the
Seahawk Club budget. The budget process involves the amount of revenue anticipated to be
raised, the operational expenses of the club and the gift transfer to the Department of
Athletics. Day-to-day management of this budget is at the sole discretion of this individual
and the Director of Athletics. This individual serves as a member of the department’s
management team. Any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
ASSISTANT ATHLETIC DIRECTOR FOR ATHLETIC FACILITIES AND
ATHLETIC EVENT MANAGEMENT
Directly responsible to the Director of Athletics. The duties consist of serving as a member
of the department’s management team; maintaining athletic facilities; parking and security
in the operations of athletic contests and special events; supervising facility assistants and
athletic event manager, student building managers, utilities and grounds workers. Also
responsible for the scheduling and use of facilities for athletic teams, university and outside
organization to includes Trask Coliseum, Hanover Hall, Nixon Annex, Almkuist-Nixon
Sports Medicine Complex, Harold Greene Track and the athletic fields. Assist the Director
of Athletics on plans for any construction or renovation of athletic facilities; prepare facility
budget and facility plan for future construction, renovations, and maintenance. Any
additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
