C. Corporate Gifts
Those funds given by corporations or foundations directed toward the athletics
program through the Seahawk Club.
D. Gifts in Kind
Those contributions of products, merchandise, equipment,or services in support of the
athletics program that must have prior approval of the Seahawk Club Executive
Director as acceptable gifts. Credit toward club membership can be given on the
basis of a fair market value of the trade-out involved.
E. Matching Gifts
Many corporations and companies match their employees’ contributions which
enable gifts to double or even quadruple in some instances.
F. Endowment Gift
A program available for donors interested in establishing a scholarship endowment in
their name. A fund of this type is a great way to perpetuate the name of a person who
has committed significant support to the Seahawk Club.
G. Capital Project Gift
Projects are available, from time-to-time, that provide interested friends and
supporters of the Athletic Department an opportunity to assist with the improvements
of the new construction of athletic facilities.
H. Other Means of Contribution
Contributors may elect to give real estate, securities, paid up life insurance policies,
or monies through trusts and bequests, subject to approval of the Executive Director.
