Your supervisor can change the starting or ending times of a shift by no more than two (2) hours<br />

with fourteen (14) days notice.<br />

Part-time Employees. Your schedule must include:<br />

At least four (4) days off in a two (2) week period.<br />

At least two (2) of the days off must be consecutive.<br />

No more than seven (7) consecutive work days.<br />

You must be scheduled a minimum of two (2) days off between consecutive seven (7) day work<br />

periods.<br />

<strong>Management</strong> and the Local Union will meet and confer to discuss schedules for part-time<br />

employees.<br />

(For St. Peter Region only)<br />

Full-Time Employees. If you are a full-time employee, your supervisor will use one of the<br />

following schedule patterns:<br />

1. No more than six (6) consecutive work days; no less than three (3) consecutive work days;<br />

consecutive days off; or,<br />

2. No more than seven (7) consecutive work days, no less than three (3) consecutive work days,<br />

two (2) or more weekends off out of every eight (8) weekends, consecutive days off; or,<br />

3. No more than seven (7) consecutive work days, two (2) weekends off out of every four (4)<br />

weekends, days off may not be consecutive.<br />

4. Security Counselors and Security Counselor Leads will be scheduled five (5) consecutive work<br />

days, two (2) consecutive days off. Days off will be determined by Class Seniority.<br />

Part-time Employees. Your schedule must include:<br />

At least two (2) of the days off must be consecutive.<br />

No more than seven (7) consecutive work days.<br />

You may be scheduled eight (8) consecutive work days with six (6) days off if you request and your<br />

supervisor approves it.<br />

When full-time and part-time employees cannot be scheduled to cover for medical and childrearing<br />

leaves, your supervisor can schedule an intermittent employee.<br />

(Walker Region only)<br />

Full-Time Employees. Your supervisor may use any of the following scheduling patterns:<br />

1. No more than six (6) consecutive work days; no fewer than three (3) consecutive work days;<br />

consecutive days off; or,<br />
