Filling Positions (For St. Peter Region only)<br />

Article 12, Section 7 of the Master Agreement is changed as follows:<br />

If you are the successful bidder, you have twenty-four (24) hours to accept or reject the bid. If you<br />

do not respond within twenty-four (24) hours, your bid will be considered rejected. If you accept<br />

the bid, you will have seventy-two (72) hours to reconsider.<br />

Staffing Information: (For All Employees)<br />

Upon Request, the Appointing Authority shall provide the Local Union once every six (6) months<br />

the staff complement for each work area.<br />

Discipline<br />

Article 16 of the Master Agreement is supplemented as follows:<br />

(For St. Peter Region only)<br />

<strong>Management</strong> may initiate a developmental plan for performance related issues prior to imposing<br />

discipline.<br />

Developmental Plans: (For Anoka Region only)<br />

You are not eligible to work additional hours or voluntary overtime in the same pay period you<br />

serve an unpaid suspension.<br />

(For Moose Lake Region only)<br />

Relocation Allowances<br />

Article 21, Section 1(C) of the Master Agreement is changed as follows:<br />

Eligibility. You will only be reimbursed for relocation expenses if:<br />

Your new work location is at least forty (40) miles from your current work location, or<br />

<strong>Management</strong> requires you to move; and<br />

You move within six (6) months or have had an extension approved by <strong>Management</strong>.<br />
