Reassignment Within a Work Area<br />

Article 12, Section 4 of the Master Agreement is changed as follows:<br />

For Brainerd, Fergus Falls, Moose Lake, and Willmar:<br />

Your supervisor has the right to assign and reassign duties among employees in the same class<br />

and work area. This includes the right to reassign employees to an unfilled position in the same<br />

class, shift and work area provided the reassignment is within ten (10) miles.<br />

Job Posting<br />

Article 12, Section 5 of the Master Agreement is changed as follows:<br />

When a job is posted for a new or expanded service, <strong>Management</strong> with agreement from the local<br />

may take longer than four (4) weeks to fill the position if the expected fill date is included on the job<br />

positing.<br />

Article 16, Section 3 of the Master Agreement is changed as follows:<br />

For Metro, South and Walker only:<br />

When determining the dates a suspension will be served, your supervisor may select days which<br />

have the least impact on the operation/program.<br />

If you have been issued a suspension, you will not be eligible for voluntary overtime or Partnership<br />

hours within the same pay period.<br />

Article 4, Section 1 of the Master Agreement is changed as follows:<br />

Throughout the provisions of this Supplemental Agreement, when applying language based on<br />

seniority, Security Counselors and Security Counselor Leads in St. Peter only will refer to Class<br />

Seniority. All other employees covered by this Supplement will refer to State Seniority.<br />
