Intermittent Employees<br />

In areas where applicable:<br />

If you are an intermittent employee, your supervisor may schedule you to cover:<br />

leaves of absence (as indicated in Article 10 of the Master Agreement).<br />

If you work in Fergus Falls, Moose Lake or Willmar, you may also be scheduled to cover:<br />

Fixed Night Shift<br />

Definitions<br />

Weekend. Friday and Saturday are the weekend for employees who work the night shift.<br />

All night shifts are fixed shifts. When a night shift position becomes vacant, <strong>Management</strong> must<br />

post it for bids. If no one successfully bids, <strong>Management</strong> can fill the vacancy using Article 12 of the<br />

Master Agreement.<br />
