vocalization) of Bazis^, the name applied to the estate of <strong>Zeus</strong><br />

Bazis is for *Bagk{s, to be connected, not only with Zend bagha,<br />

' god,' Old Persian baga, ' god,' and Sanskrit bhaga, ' lord,' but also<br />
