Note: Assumptions stated here are to aid understanding and are not necessarily exhaustive. The airline community have expressed a view that PCA should be charged as an additional service where available as use of PCA saves fuel for those airlines using it. This document is not intended to form any view on charging, but to ensure an allowance for PCA works in Q6 is maintained.
