Not the end in A. D. 70, foreshadowing 1915; forthe Harvest of the Gospel Age is still in progress. Not the end in A. D. 135, foreshadowing 1980;for the Harvest is the end. He must have meantthe end in Judea, even as He said, "Then let themwhich be in Judea flee into the mountains."(Matt. 24:16.) See also Matt. 2:22; 3:5;FM62Mark 1:5; Luke 1:5, 65; 3:1; 7:17; Acts 11:29;Rom. 15:31, and especially John 7:1-3 and 1Thess, 2:14-16. The data presented in commentson Rev. 2:1 prove that the conquest of Judea wasnot completed until the day of the Passover, A.D. 73, and in the light of the foregoingScriptures, prove that the Spring of 1918 willbring upon Christendom a spasm of anguishgreater even than that experienced in the Fall of1914. It is possiblethat A. D. 1980 may have something of specialinterest for Fleshly Israel, but certainly not forus. It is 70 years beyond 1910, the date whenPastor Russell gave his great witness to theJewish people in the New York Hippodrome. But if the time of nominal Zion's travail (Isa.66:8) is due to occur in the Spring of 1918, and ifwe are now but the "one day" (one year) distantfrom that event which the Prophet mentions,
