ALGERIA 6297 Polisario Front, Rabouni, near Tindouf, ALG, has been
regular here, but the tx is often "stuck" with an empty carrier, or then
it's off, or carries nothing but the sort of noise sound that seems to be
their "IS" prior to the start of the prgr. Whenever there is no audio, or
noise is what's heard, then their current // of 700 kHz MF exibits the
same; this less known fq is being used since 01 Aug'10. Their other
outlet, 1550 kHz MF, is still off.
