MOLDOVA [PRIDNESTROVYE] 9895 RNW in Dutch at 0610 UT, 06-08 UT via
Grigoriopol site relay. Powerful at S=9+20dB level. See also same powerful
Dutch under Bonaire, but both Dutch programs were different.
